Fundamental to Cal Performances' mission is the belief that lifelong enjoyment of the performing arts is nurtured in the audience, in the classroom and in the community. Our education programs draw on the outstanding artistry on the stage to create transformative arts experiences for audiences of all ages. Look for pre- and post-performance talks, symposia, master classes, lecture demonstrations, performances for school children, professional development for teachers, and opportunities designed specifically for UC Berkeley students to add depth and meaning to concerts and theatrical events.
