Overview

Hailing from historic County Waterford, Danú celebrates traditional Irish music at its very finest. The group's standing-room-only concerts—"a vibrant mix of virtuosity, energy, and empathy" (Washington Post)—have thrilled audiences worldwide and feature a lively mix of ancient music and new repertoire. For over a decade, these virtuosos on flute, tin whistle, fiddle, button accordion, bouzouki, and vocals (Irish and English) have performed around the globe, winning numerous international awards and recording seven critically acclaimed albums.
