Overview
"A high point in the Bay Area's vibrant contemporary music scene" (New York Times), Berkeley's professional new music ensemble-in residence returns to perform exciting and innovative musical creations from some of today's most forward-thinking composers. Program highlights include Ivan Fedele's score to the 1928 silent film La Chute de la Maison Usher, peformed live alongside a showing of the film, and world premieres from UC Berkeley faculty member Cindy Cox and local composer John MacCallum.
